A note from Estevaun

I got tired of waiting
to find out.

I didn't build Estevaun Studios because I knew exactly what I was doing. I built it because I got tired of waiting to find out what I was capable of.

One of my first important songs, “I'll Explain,” started as a challenge. I wasn't sure I could be an artist, so I gave myself a deadline and made a song.

I kept making things—songs, beats, videos, anything I wanted to learn next. The room changed as I learned, and Estevaun Studios became the place where I could put all of it together.

Why I keep making things

Colorful darkness.

Writing became somewhere to put things I couldn't explain yet. Sometimes that becomes a song about doubt. Sometimes it becomes a strange mix, a visual edit, or something that makes me laugh.

I like music that can be dark without staying hopeless. There should still be some color, movement, or something to hold onto. I don't stick to one genre if the idea needs something different.

I build the patterns, shape the sounds, and mix as I go. Some ideas work. Some need another try. Making them is how I find out.

What I actually do

From the idea to the finished piece.

I work across a few different crafts. Sometimes they stand on their own. Sometimes a song needs a video, or a DJ mix becomes a visual story.

Music and soundI write songs, make beats, record, arrange, mix, and build sound around a feeling.
DJ and live mixingI put together open-format sets, work with familiar music in unexpected ways, and DJ for events.
Visuals and editingI plan scenes, frame shots, edit performance videos and short-form content, build visualizers, and think about color, timing, and sound.
Making it happenI plan the projects, maintain this studio and portfolio, and handle inquiries and releases.

The studio today

One person. A lot of ways to create.

Estevaun Studios is an independent creative studio in Savannah, Georgia, built around the work I make and the skills I keep learning. I plan the projects, make the music and visuals, and handle bookings myself. I collaborate when a project calls for it, but the studio is mine to lead.

What I hope it becomes

A place for more people to create.

My long-term goal is to make creative work feel more possible for people who don't have a big budget or access to equipment. I want to grow this into a place to learn by doing, share skills, make music and visual projects, and build real portfolios together. That's the direction I'm working toward—not a program I'm offering yet.
